Please include the following information to your message:

Name and version of the program;
Version of your OS (Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10);
Where did you download your copy of the program;
A detailed description of the problem, steps of reproduce the problem, etc.;

If you are registered user please also include your registration name and order number.

Lost License Key

If you have lost the e-mail with your license key you may use the form below to resend the lost key.

Please enter your e-mail address and submit the form. The license information will be sent to you immediately if your e-mail is associated with any of our software products.

If you didn't get the requested license key in a reasonable amount of time (10 - 30 min.) or if you no longer have access to your e-mail you used to order our software, please contact us directly.
